Jackalope Studio Gallery burst onto the Port Adelaide art scene in April 2007. Since then it has become The Port's premier exhibition space for international, interstate and local artists. It is also a destination for unique items from around the world. Hidden away in a back laneway, the gallery was originally the stables for the old Port Admiral hotel. The new owners have lovingly restored and renovated the building creating a unique ambiance. With its elegant style and surrounding stone walls, the secluded courtyard with its native plants and colourful Mexican fountain is also a relaxing place for a good cup of coffee.
