This is an area where artists will be creating work during the market – and those attending are invited to contribute to this.
Annalise Rees will be creating an installation titled ‘Cardboard Cargo: Port Adelaide’ Using recycled cardboard boxes, paper and drawings a 3 dimensional drawing of The Port River waterfront will be created.

ENTERTAINMENT
Art at The Hart is held in conjunction with the atmospheric Celtica Festival which celebrates the variety and rich celtic cultural traditions. Celtica offers a mainstage program of top interstate and SA bands & performers, dance workshops, language and musical instrument sessions.
A new development for 2009 in conjunction with Art at The Hart is ‘Celtica Acoustic’ a relaxing performance area at one end of the artists market where you can here solo and duo performers, small groups and unaccompanied choirs while enjoying great coffee and dips, bush tucker ice cream and look out over the beautiful Port River at the same time!
Which leads to the all important aspect of food and refreshments…
GREAT FOOD, COFFEES AND REFRESHMENTS
Audience surveys have shown that individuals and families come to Art at The Hart for a day’s outing. So a range of quality food and refreshments is all important.
This year there will be a range of food tastes: Turkish, Italian, Kettle Corn, Pancakes, savoury platters, Kransky Dogs, Natural flavour Gelati, great coffee and teas. Completing this food court area is a bar service.
Tables and chairs provide a relaxed outdoor setting in which to enjoy food and drink, and located near the Celtica Mainstage & Celtiica Acoustic areas you can enjoy the excellent music performances at the same time.
And of course there is an ever popular sausage sizzle at the Celtica Acoustic end of the market.
